Sursen
Electronic Form |
Sursen Electronic Form (shortened as SEF), based
on XML Framework and in line with W 3C Xforms 1.0
specifications, is an advanced E-form format and
has taken the world leading position with its unique
technical advantages. SEF combines Sursen digital
paper technology and security authentication technology,
which the company has kept innovating for years.
Sursen SEF is able to provide any devices (such
as PC, mobile devices) with the needed high-quality
data (XML format ) for any platforms (such as Windows,
linux, unix), any technologies (such as Java, Net,
Delhpi), and any applications (such as sales management
system, report approval system ).
In line with W 3C Xforms1.0 specifications, SEF
describes the look and data of e-forms by using
XML, capable of outputting multiple formats and
supporting applications of multiple terminals. Form
data can be separated from the layout of the form
and as a result, the data can be output at will.
Several data instances can be submitted through
one form. Each data instance is untied to the form
layout, thus can be operated by applications flexibly.
Form data can be submitted by various means (http,
socket, web, service, etc.), and the submitted data
can be used by various systems in that the data
conforms to XML standard. Supporting user-defined
data mode (XML Schema), SEF can make sufficient
use of data store organizations available. SEF is
embedded powerful data verification and data processing
mechanism, which makes it possible to meet common
business demands without programming. With SEF,
complicated business logic can be realized by scripting
form controls and data models. SEF supports online
and offline data entry into the E-form, and also
supports the technological application modes of
both c/s and b/s structures.
SEF combines Sursen digital paper technology and
security authentication technology, which the company
has kept innovating for years. Sursen e-forms can
be printed to paper forms or converted to Sursen
SEP format. SEF supports role definition ¡ª¡ª distributing
the specific accessing rights of data fields for
different roles, thus controlling the access of
users to form data. SEF also supports digital signature
and data encryption for the security of form data.
